Customizing Windows Vista Installation Before Installing

Do you really use the MSN Installer or the Remote Desktop Client on Vista? The question is do you really need them? How useful it will be if you can remove all the unnecessary junk from Windows Vista and make it less resource hungry even before it is installed?

With vLite you can. vLite is a freeware which can customize the installation for Windows Vista , and save it as an ISO. Then you can burn the ISO on a CD or DVD and install only the elements you wanted.

Remove Software Components

You can choose and remove the components you don’t need or use. For example, if you don’t need Windows Media Samples or the Remote Desktop Client, you can just remove them from the installation.

Hotfix, Language pack and Driver integration

You can apply hotfixes, include language packs, and integrate drivers in the ISO. So, you don’t need to go through the painful procedure on installing them after Windows installation.

Vista uses a lot of resources once installed, we all know that. Using vLite you can easily remove unwanted components and make Vista run faster and to your liking as well.
